8. Limitation of Liability
- HaxyGen Corporation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.
9. Service Modifications
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with prior notice.
- Clients will be informed of significant changes, and adjustments to contracts will be made if necessary.
10. Termination
- Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ notice.
- Immediate termination may occur for breach of terms, non-payment, or misuse of services.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration or in courts located in Bangladesh.
12. Amendments
We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website or through direct communication.

Welcome to HaxyGen Academy! By enrolling in our courses or using our services, you agree to adhere to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully as they outline your responsibilities and the rules governing your enrollment.
1. Eligibility and Enrollment
- Students must provide accurate and truthful information during enrollment.
- Enrollment is voluntary, and students acknowledge that they have reviewed HaxyGen Academy’s teaching quality before joining.
2. Student Responsibilities
Students must strictly follow these rules:
- Maintain respectful behavior with teachers, fellow students, and personnel.
- Adhere to instructions given by teachers and personnel.
- Submit all assignments and tests on time.
- Notify the support team via email if unable to attend a class, with valid reasons. Students cannot miss more than 3 consecutive classes without prior permission.
- Complete payments on time.
- Avoid sharing any documents or class materials provided by HaxyGen Academy or HaxyGen Corporation.
- Refrain from claiming certificates or applying for internships unless the course is successfully completed.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

- Students cannot refuse to pay course fees or claim refunds without written permission from the Administration Department.

4. Certification and Internships
- Certificates will only be awarded upon successful completion of the course.
- Internship opportunities are exclusively available for students who meet the completion criteria.
5. Code of Conduct
- Students are expected to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Any form of disruptive behavior, harassment, or violation of Academy policies will result in disciplinary action, including potential expulsion.
6. Intellectual Property
- All course materials, documents, and resources provided by HaxyGen Academy are proprietary.
- Students are prohibited from copying, distributing, or sharing these materials without written permission.
7. Termination of Enrollment
HaxyGen Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate a student’s enrollment for:
- Non-compliance with these Terms.
- Violation of Academy policies or behavioral misconduct.
- Failure to complete payments on time.

- Personal decisions or delays in completing the course due to the student’s circumstances.
